By participating in the cooking workshop, the visitor enjoys a complete guided tour around the farmstead and participates in the preparation of his lunch. During the tour, the visitor is able, with the help of the people of the farmstead, to collect fresh ingredients necessary to the execution of the recipe. After the tour completion, the cook welcomes the at the open-air kitchen in the main yard of the farmstead, where he gets informed about the traditional Mykonian products. All together they prepare the dish, by following step by step the recipe. After the end of the process, the visitor enjoys the lunch/dinner that was prepared, at the traditionally decorated table, along with local wine and tsipouro.
